Seattle, WA – Omega Delta Phi ( announced new changes to the organizational structure of Omega Delta Phi’s National Leadership Team and National Director roster.  The changes were made to keep in line with the corporate structure the organization is building to facilitate future global outreach, partnerships, and expansion.

On the Alumni Engagement team, Vice President Joe Reimer has added Brother Michael Martinez as the new Director of New Alumni Engagement. Brother Martinez will be focusing on developing the tactical steps in helping outline the Alumni Engagement’s team goal of having a better transition and pipeline for Brothers who are recently or soon to be entering the Alumni world.

In other big news, Brother Bryan Nesmith has been promoted from Director of Finance to VP of Finance and is the newest addition to the National Executive Council.  Brother Taylor Denton Baca is also being promoted from Finance Operations Lead to Director of Finance.  In their new roles, Bryan and Taylor will both continue work on their financial strategy and planning, along with the new programs and processes at the chapter level to ensure financial stability both regionally and nationally.

“These are big changes to the organization that fall in line not only with the corporate structure we intend to use for the next 20-30 years but also with the growth of the volunteer leadership of our organization that focuses on people having more tactical, targeted roles to provide maximum productivity.” said National President, Tony Pagliocco regarding the staffing changes.
