Omega Delta Phi Fraternity Inc. announced today they will be partnering with Uber Technologies Inc., a mobile app that connects people in over 330 cities across the globe with safe, reliable rides at the tap of smartphone.
This 2-year agreement will be providing safe and reliable transportation which will be geared towards college students across the nation where Uber is available.
“We’re excited to solidify another partnership for our Brotherhood,” VP of Operations, Lateef Ipaye said. “This agreement will help people make responsible choices when they’re out having fun. In addition, this will revamp our Safe Knight Program for entities and guests at their social events.”
“Uber is excited to partner with Omega Delta Phi Fraternity to expand access to safe, reliable and affordable transportation whenever, wherever,” said Uber spokesperson Michael Amodeo.
Under this agreement, Uber offers new users $5 off their first four rides with Uber. Omega Delta Phi will collaborate with Uber on the marketing campaigning for this offer and provide resources and support to allow for nationwide promotion.
