Omega Delta Phi Fraternity, Inc. is proud to announce the appointment of Irwin Barcenes as Vice President of Membership Engagement for the remainder of the 2018 – 2021 administration. National President, Tony Pagliocco spoke to the appointment.

“This is a new role but with a targeted focus and I’m excited to see what benefits and value it will bring to our organization.  Irwin is a solid professional with previous NEC experience, so I feel his addition to my team will be a great step forward for continued growth and success,” said Pagliocco.

Brother Irwin Barcenes, our brother from Alpha Phi Chapter (Las Vegas, NV) crossed the fall of 2016. Since then he has taken roles within his chapter that tested his skills as a leader, and creative individual. After his chapter, record-breaking Philanthropy he immediately set his eyes to becoming part of the NEC. After showing the leaders of our organization his dedication to our sacraments, he was appointed as the National Undergraduate Representative. After graduating in the summer of 2019, from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor’s of Science in Hospitality Management with an emphasis in Event and Meeting Management.  He is now part of an Event Management program with Marriott International where he will be growing his management toolbox.

The Membership Engagement team is the home team for the Director of Academics, Director of Programming & Service, Director of Diversity & Inclusion, Director of Alumni Engagement, and the National Records Chairman.  The VP of Membership Engagement is a member of the NEC and reports to the National President.

“I can’t wait to grow our organization and build the relationships between brothers to a new level of brotherhood. With the art of my craft, I know I will be able to be a part of everyone’s growth and development,” said Barcenes.
