Omega Delta Phi Fraternity, Inc. is proud to announce the appointment of Kellen Hernandez to  Vice President of Leadership and Development team for the remainder of the 2018 – 2021 administration. National President, Tony Pagliocco spoke to the appointment.

“I’m excited to be working with Kellen on a number of upcoming projects and initiatives that will be able to drive better efficiency and provide more opportunities for our Brothers across the nation,” said Pagliocco.

Kellen crossed in Spring 2014 at Our Lady of the Lake University, Beta Mu chapter in San Antonio, TX. He currently works at San Antonio College in the Student Conduct & Title IX office where he is the lead investigator on student allegations.

Kellen has experience in both the regional and national levels of our organization. In 2015, he worked under the VP of Undergraduate Affairs and also served on the planning committee for the 2015 National Conference in San Antonio, TX.  Kellen served as the CTX Director of Operations for the Central Texas Regional Board from 2015-2018, where he managed all the regional finances, marketing and programming, along with planning and directing the CTX regional conferences. Kellen will be transitioning from the role of National Director of Compliance to VP of Leadership and Development and reporting to the National President.

“I am excited to take on this position and bring new ideas to the NEC. I plan to focus on developing quality national conferences to help facilitate growth within our members, network as a brotherhood and provide helpful resources to improve our entity inner operations”
