Omega Delta Phi Fraternity, Inc.’s Membership Engagement team is proud to announce two appointments: Hector Cedeno and Daniel Garcia. Hector will be serving as Director of Service while Daniel will be the Director of  Diversity & Inclusion.

Hector, an alumnus at Omicron Chapter (University of  Wisconsin-Parkside), became a brother in the fall of 2010 and since then has been actively involved locally and nationally in several team support roles. Overseeing community service will be his first national role.

“Community service has always been a passion to me,” Cedeno said. “With my years as a brother, I have seen the organization become focused on meaningful service. This is something I value and will help continue forward.”

Vice President of Membership Engagement  Irwin Barcenes spoke on the appointment.

“Brother Hector Cedeno has an immense passion to see our organization flourish. His skills and knowledge will definitely help the service side of our brotherhood become stronger,” he said.
Daniel, an alumnus at Beta Chapter (University of Texas at El Paso), became a brother in the fall of 2016. For Garcia,  overseeing diversity & inclusion will also be his first national role.
“Daniel has proven himself as an all-inclusive individual,” Irwin said. “He has a big heart, and strong will to help anyone that comes to him. I have no doubt he will represent our multicultural organization to the fullest.”
Daniel said he is excited about the new role. “Every day each of us as brothers are apart of something bigger than ourselves, our brotherhood, and our family. As we move forward, I can’t wait to see what my strong personality traits can bring to the table,” Daniel said.
