The East Texas Region regional board hosted a Leadership Summit on August 26th at the Lone Star College- Montgomery Campus. The purpose of the leadership summit was to provide one on one training and guidance for all actives and executive board members. The summit was led by Regional Director Aaron Salas.

Salas saw this summit as a perfect opportunity to lay out all guidelines and expectation as well as a chance for the Region to come together and tackle business while also engaging in a bit of fraternal bonding.
“I really enjoyed discussing Academics with the Regional IVP’s. I believe we learned alot to take back to our chapters” said Pi Chapter Internal Vice President and Fall 2010 initiate Dylan Casares.
The summit followed up on the discussion had during the regional meeting at National Convention in Lubbock. Brothers were able to expand and come up with actual solutions to some of the issues afflicting the region and the chapters.
