Location: Seattle, WA – The National Office of Omega Delta Phi and the Leadership and Development team led by VP Manny Diaz have announced the Directors appointed to the Leadership and Development team for the 2018-2021 administration.  The Leadership and Development team focuses on Entity Development (working with colonies and at risk chapters), Business Development (vendor management, business partners), Professional Development (career prep and opportunities), and also has oversight to the Conference Chair who is responsible for the execution of the conference plan built by various teams.

Brother Mario Alberto Rosiles has been appointed Director of Professional Development for Omega Delta Phi Fraternity, Inc.  Brother Mario crossed in Fall 2011 at Beta Delta chapter and graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.  He has an extensive leadership and volunteer background both regionally and nationally.  Brother Mario’s focus will be on providing opportunities for career growth and development while also providing opportunities and resources to help Brothers secure experience and networking opportunities to grow their careers.

In response to his appointment, Brother Mario said “I am excited to give back to the brotherhood and learn what can be done as a team player in the fraternity’s success. I cannot wait to generate results and explain that one’s success is crucial to building ourselves and those around us. Looking forward to working with the future leaders that will be representing our communities as the Director of Professional Development.”


Brother Joseph King has been appointed Director of Business Development for Omega Delta Phi Fraternity, Inc.  Brother Joseph crossed in the Spring of 2015 at Alpha Omega chapter.  He received a B.S. in Acting and pursuing M.F.A. in Stage Management.  Brother King is serving his second term as Director of Business Development.  His tenacity and tactical focus allowed the organization to double the number of vendors and business partners over the last 2 years.

In response to his appointment, Brother Joe said “I am excited to continue my work  on the newly revamped Leadership and Development Team having gained new ideas from talking to brothers at NLI and those that have reached out, I hope to give brothers, more vendors, and partnerships over the coming term and ask that if any brothers have ideas they can always send me an email.”

Brother Cameron Coleman has been appointed Director of Entity Development for Omega Delta Phi Fraternity, Inc.  Brother Cameron crossed in Fall 2009 at Alpha Gamma chapter and graduated with a B.S. in Criminal Justice.  He recently finished a 3 year term as Deputy Director of the Central Texas region of Omega Delta Phi which delivered a region of the year title in 2015.  Brother Cameron’s focus as Director of Entity Development will be setting goals and implementing resources to colonies looking to become chapters, as well as assisting with recovery of former chapters.

In response to his appointment, Brother Coleman said “I want to be able to provide assistance to all entities throughout this great organization. My goal is to successfully develop all current colonies into chapters within three years.”

Brother Ruben Lozano has been appointed National Conference Chairman for Omega Delta Phi Fraternity, Inc.  Brother Lozano crossed in Fall 2011 at Alpha Gamma chapter (University of Texas – Rio Grande Valley) and graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice.  A previous member of Central Texas Regional board, Brother Lozano has many years working in various fraternal leadership roles.

In response to his appointment, Brother Lozano said “Every year brothers look forward to National Conference, every year hoping its better than the last. My goal is to ensure that National Conference surpasses expectations. Being a part of the Central Texas Regional Board for the past two years was an amazing experience, and that made me hungrier and willing to take on bigger tasks. I am confident that we will have a successful term and excited to meet and work with new brothers across the nation.”
