Seattle, WA – Omega Delta Phi (http://www.omegadeltaphi.com) announces two new hires in the Leadership and Development team of Omega Delta Phi’s Extended National Executive Council.  Vice President of Leadership and Development, Brother Ruben Hernandez has hired Brother Robert Maloney as the Director of Programming and Brother Dylan Casares as Director of Academics.

VP of Leadership and Development, Ruben Hernandez stated, “I am very excited to bring on Robert and Dylan to our group. Each comes with an impressive resume and are a great fit for their respective rolls. Each has made a significant contribution to their chapter and have each been heavily involved with MGC/UGC Greek activities.  Robert and Dylan have also been inducted into the prestigious Order of Omega Greek Honor society.  I believe Robert and Dylan will be great resources for the undergraduates and I look forward to working with them.”

Omega Delta Phi welcomes the following Brothers to the Leadership and Development Team:

Omega Delta Phi  welcomes, Brother Dylan Casares (Pi Alumnus) as the newest Director of Academics. Brother Casares holds a B.A. in Corporate Communication from the University of Houston with a minor in Management.  His focus will be helping to drive the direction and progress of the academic goals of Omega Delta Phi for all undergraduate members. With numerous leadership positions under his belt, Brother Casares joins the Leadership and Development team ready to work with other xNEC and NEC members on delivery.

 

 

Omega Delta Phi also recognizes, Brother Robert Maloney (Beta Beta Alumnus) as the new Director of Programming. “I am excited to continue giving back to this brotherhood and even more excited to be giving back to the undergrads. I am ready to build off of what Bryan Garcia has done these past few years and implement great programs that will benefit the undergrads during their academic career as well as prepare them for after. Tony has done a great job putting together a great National Board” said Brother Maloney.  Alongside his undergrad experience, Brother Maloney joins the xNEC after recently serving as the NAA Director of Association Development and the Pacific Region Alumni Association Chairman as well.
