The Brotherhood of Omega Delta Phi has announced their executive board of directors for the Omega Delta Phi National Alumni Association (NAA). “These men that I have selected are men of action and have solid track records of accomplishments in our brotherhood,” said J.J. Chapa, NAA Board Chairman. “They are fraternal leaders, critical thinkers and will provide the outside the box thinking that will help us reach new heights as we continue to develop our alumni base nationwide.”
The Leadership and Development team of Omega Delta Phi has announced two new hires in an effort to fill out the team roster. Vice President of Leadership and Development, Brother Ruben Hernandez has hired Brother Ruben Moody as Director of Membership Development and Brother Fernando Valle as Director of Business Development.

2016 started out with a big bang! The Southwest Region of Omega Delta Phi Fraternity, Inc. kicked off the new year with the first of many regional conferences for the organization. It saw leadership workshops for Brothers of all ages and announcements that will be impacting the whole nation. Taking place at our Alpha Phi chapter on the campus of University of Las Vegas, Nevada, it saw three days of excitement!
Omega Delta Phi announces three new hires in the Marketing team of Omega Delta Phi. Vice President of Operations, Brother Fred Davis has hired Brother Leon Richard as Director of Communications, Brother Jesse Meza as Brand Director, and Brother Michael Martinez as Social Media Director for Omega Delta Phi.
Dedicated, passionate, and leader are few words that describe Michael “Mikey” Zaragoza. Since January 2013, Mikey has shown true brotherhood and leadership amongst brothers in the Southwest region.
As 2016 kicks off into gear, a time for reflection has set in and brothers across the nation reminisced on what 2015 brought with it. 2015 not only brought Jacob Martinez’s reign at the helm of Omega Delta Phi Fraternity, Inc. as National President to an end; it also brought with it a much contested campaign for national president.
On December 2nd, I had the opportunity to go to the Association of Fraternal/Sorority Advisors (AFA) Annual Conference in Fort Worth, Texas. This was my first time representing Omega Delta Phi as the National President and I was full of anticipation and excitement.
The weekend of November 13-15, Alpha Tau Chapter of Omega Delta Phi Fraternity Inc hosted the Central Texas Regional Conference on the campus of Texas A&M International University. Approximately 80 brothers from around the region descended on Laredo, Texas for a weekend filled with activities to inspire, unite, learn, and grow. The idea of the conference was to "get back to basics" with the main principle of "teaching chapters to be self-sustaining--autonomy".
From November 6th-8th, the Alpha Nu Chapter of Omega Delta Phi Fraternity, Inc. at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California held the Pacific Regional Conference. There were nearly 40 undergraduate brothers, as well as 10 alumni brothers in attendance at the several different events throughout the weekend.
