Location: Seattle, WA – Omega Delta Phi announced the creation of a brand new national position under the Leadership & Development team. Brother Joél-Léhi Organista has been hired as Director of Diversity for Omega Delta Phi Fraternity, Inc. Across all the fraternities and sororities in the nation, Omega Delta Phi is one of the first to pioneer with the creation of this position.
Vice President of Leadership and Development, Ruben Hernandez said, “This is an important and needed move for the L&D department. Moving Diversity/Inclusion as a stand-alone department allows us to have greater focus on some key initiatives as we continue to address the needs of our growing organization.”
“I’m excited for Joel as he moves directly to the L&D team. Joel comes into this role with extensive previous Regional and National experience, and his plan for our organization’s Diversity/Inclusion direction moving forward will definitely add some highly valuable resources for our undergraduates.” added Brother Hernandez.
