Seattle, WA – The Marketing team of Omega Delta Phi (http://www.omegadeltaphi.com) has announced three new hires to the team as we start 2016. Vice President of Marketing, Brother Fred Davis has hired Brother Leon Richard as Director of Communications, Brother Jesse Meza as Brand Director, and Brother Michael Martinez as Social Media Director for Omega Delta Phi.

Omega Delta Phi welcomes, Brother Leon Richard as the newest Director of Communications. Brother Richard graduated with a degree in Public Relations and Advertising from the University of Texas, Austin. Part of Brother Richard’s goals in his new role is to make sure the communication goals of Omega Delta Phi are extended far beyond the scope of our Brotherhood and into a national spotlight to promote the vision of Omega Delta Phi.
Also new to the team, Omega Delta Phi welcomes, Brother Jesse Meza as the newest Brand Director. Brother Jesse graduated with a degree in Advertising from the University of Texas, Austin. In regards to his new role, Brother Meza said, “I Truly look forward to working with the team in order to establish the rightful brand Omega Delta Phi Fraternity Incorporated deserves.” As this role is new to the organization, Brother Meza will focus on the public facing brand management and image of Omega Delta Phi in our marketing and strategic initiatives.
Finally, the latest member to the team, Omega Delta Phi welcomes, Brother Michael Martinez as the newest Social Media Director. Brother Martinez graduated with a degree in Marketing from California State University: Dominguez Hills. With social media playing such a significant role in our world today, Brother Martinez will be facilitating the tactical execution of our social media plan, encourage growth, reach and also work with leadership to revise and bring our social media policies current to 2016.
