Seattle, WA – Omega Delta Phi ( announced today that Brother Davier Rodriguez has joined the Extended National Executive Council as National Director of Membership Development, a new role that will work to strengthen the entity development process (colony to chapter), the professional development of our undergraduates, and the diversity / risk management development of our Brotherhood.  Davier, a Brother since 2008, brings a Bachelors of Sociology from University of Florida and two Masters Degrees in Education and Public Administration from Arizona State University along with a stellar resume of career experience where developing students to reach their potential is his key focus.  The Director of Membership Development will report to the Vice President of Leadership and Development and maintain a portfolio of programs that relate to the personal growth of Omega Delta Phi members.
