Seattle, WA – Omega Delta Phi ( announced today that Ruben Espinoza has joined the Extended National Executive Council as National Director of Recruitment, a role that will further increase our competitiveness in the growing landscape of recruitment amongst fraternities.  Ruben, a Brother of Chi Chapter, brings a strong resume of leadership experience that allows for better implementation of strategical and tactical execution of recruitment.

“As a brother from Chi, I’m honored to introduce a new and proactive initiative to our organization, in terms of recruitment. I’m convinced we can all endeavor to rule this country with the very sacraments we all pledged by. Don’t change the will, just re-create it.” said Espinoza. ” I want to change the protocol of recruitment, entirely. I see positive changes for all of our entities all very soon; and forever.”

Espinoza holds a degree in Journalism from UT Austin in 2012 and joined Omega Delta Phi in 2009.  In his role as Director of Recruitment, he will be responsible for building and leading the implementation of a national recruitment strategy, while working in partnership with the Regional Directors on delivery.

“Ruben not only brings  experience to the position but also a more hands on approach that is necessary for supporting our undergraduate brothers. We share similar perspectives on how to address recruitment so I look forward to collaborating with him on the Operations Team ,” says Lateef Ipaye, Omega Delta Phi VP of Operations.
