Seattle, WA – Omega Delta Phi (http://www.omegadeltaphi.com) announced today that Lateef Ipaye has joined the National Executive Board as Vice President of Operations to further develop the growing expansion, recruitment, and intake operational needs. Lateef Ipaye comes with a wealth of experience within the Brotherhood, having spent the last 3 years as the National Director of Expansion, National Director of Marketing, and Assistant VP of Operations.
“I am excited for another opportunity to give back to our brotherhood especially in the areas I am passionate about,” said Ipaye. “It was never a question that I would be involved at some capacity of our organization but I am excited it is with the Operations team. I look forward to continuing our goals of improving the growth trends of fraternity by instilling a Hype working environment in Operations where ideas turn into action plans that will positively impact our undergraduate brothers and fraternity as a whole.”
Ipaye holds a degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Oklahoma. In his role as Vice President of Operations, he will be responsible for improving and scaling the finances, intake, recruitment, and expansion responsibilities of Omega Delta Phi.
